![]() To say but one man who lead a revolution in lighting from gas through to electric of the most beautiful, the best quality and some of the most incredible designs within the Arts and Crafts period is an understatement. He worked closely with William Morris who sold his lighting through Morris and Co and eventually became the manager of Morris and Co after Williams death. He also designed furniture much of which was quite quirky and unaccomplished and he also tried his hand in architecture and although of some merit his genius was in lighting design and of the period he was the leader in lighting !
