MOD 12.
A pair of custom-made oak sofas in the style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. These sofas are handmade from solid oak, around the 1980s. They were designed for an architect's office. There is also a desk and a set of three reproduction Mackintosh chairs, originally designed for the smoking and billiards rooms of Miss Cranston's Argyle street tea rooms, in the same style.

MOD 13.
A custom-made oak desk in the style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. This desk is hand made from solid oak, circa 1980s. It was designed for an architect's office. There is also a pair of matching settees and a set of three reproduction Mackintosh chairs, originally designed for the smoking and billiards rooms of Miss Cranston's Argyle Street Tea Rooms, in the same style.
Please note the measurements are :- The front of the desk measures 86” wide. The back measures 98”. The max depth is 32”. The height of the upper back shelf is 40”.

MOD 19
A design that has truly stood the test of time, the 675 chair is one of the most recognised of the 20th century and in 2015 was awarded the prestigious Design Guild Mark Award. Originally created in 1952. Pioneering at the time, Robin day overcame the difficulty of forming a single molded plywood chair with armrests, by creating a bent shape using a singular curve rather than the obvious double curve.

A superbly designed 'Danish style' teak duet seat for lovers of chess, this is a work of style, design, comfort and craftsmanship, it looks like it almost floats. There is a subtle organic feel about the whole composition. Beautifully hand made the quality runs through with cavernous chairs that are as comfortable as they look. Signed R Bellinger 1977.

Two-piece suit by Gunnar Sorlie for Karl Sorlie & Son, Norway. Comprising a twin-seat loveseat and a single lounge chair. The original fabric was found under a later covering you can see it has worn on the loveseat but the upholstery on the armchair is in very good condition. They are both structurally sound and if required upholstery would be simple and straight forward.

MOD 23 NIF 12A.
A rare commissioned lacquered screen or panelling originally the famous 1960s shop Biba originally started by Barbara Hulanicki with help of her husband Stephen Fitz-Simon. Hulanicki worked as a fashion illustrator after studying at Brighton Art College in the late 1950s. She married advertising executive Stephen Fitz-Simon and they soon opened a mail order clothing company that she named Biba's Postal Boutique. Biba was the nickname of her younger sister Biruta. The first store, in Abingdon Road in Kensington, was opened in September 1964. Each panel from left to right measures :

A designer armchair in a similar style to some of Finn Juhl’s large arm chairs. It is a well designed armchair with nice wide yet sculptured arms and beautifully made detailing supporting the back, with exposed through tennon details to the squashed oval style supports and stretchers. Formed biscuit laminate seat and back. It has generous proportions and it is a very sound and sturdy armchair.

A pair of black leather and Chrome Barcelona chairs with matching Ottomans/stools originally designed by Mies Van Der Rhoe for the German Pavilion at the 1929 Barcelona World Arts Fair in Spain. Van Der Rhoe designed the Barcelona chairs to compliment the pavilion, originally a one off design which were quickly accepted as a design classic. The Spanish Royals visited the Pavilion and sat upon them and likened them to thrones of the 20th Century.
